In November of 2009 I listed my home in Laguna Niguel, California for sale with Bob Diersing First Team Real Estate. I now deeply regret that I ever trusted him.
I personally, will never trust Bob Diersing ever again.
The Bob L. Diersing that I am referring to is a real estate agent from San Juan Capistrano, California. He is a licensed real estate agent with the Laguna Niguel office of First Team Real Estate. First Team Real Estate is an excellent real estate company and I have no qualms with them.
I have known Bob Diersing for over nine years now. I had once considered him to be a close and trusted friend. I first felt that he was someone that I could trust completely and implicitly. At one time I thought that he was on my side and on my team.
I felt that he was someone who I could trust to be honest and truthful with me. Someone who would look out for my best interests. I no longer have that opinion of Bob Diersing.
In my opinion, Bob Diersing First Team Real Estate agent is a sleazeball. He is not a good person. Bob Diersing is a scumbag and I will never trust a thing he says or does ever again!”
